We place great emphasis on youth development. Our sport has no bench, no tryouts and boys and girls practice together. This gives our coaches the unique opportunity to set goals outside of traditional sports goals. A rider finishing his first race is no small achievement! We encourage riders to measure their skills, set measurable goals and once they achieve them to set new ones. Having fun and making friends are legitimate goals in mountain biking! Our TTC program has built and maintained countless miles of mountain biking trail and riders can set goals for their performance in that program as well. We are not interested in winning at all costs, we're interested in developing youth into lifelong ambassadors and participants in mountain biking.
